The Foundation is a tax-exempt, nonprofit, autonomous, publicly supported, nonsectarian philanthropic institution. Through philanthropic donor services, strategic grantmaking, and constructive leadership, your hometown community foundation unites the gifts of many to sustain the causes that matter to all— now, and for all generations to come.
TCF keeps all private information obtained with respect to donors and prospects confidential to the fullest extent possible. The Tipton County Foundation does not sell, loan, or trade their donors’ personal or contact information with anyone else, nor send mailings on behalf of individuals, causes, or organizations that do not have a fund established in the Foundation. There is a more detailed policy on Confidentiality that may be discussed upon request. TCF communicates openly and transparently on a regular basis. The Foundation educates and engages donors in identifying and addressing community issues and grantmaking opportunities. TCF promptly and accurately acknowledges gifts. TCF provides fund statements to those donors who have established component funds.
