Part-time Staff Position at TCF

Application Letters Will Be Considered as They Are Received • Hiring as Soon as Possible

TCF seeks qualified applicants for a person who will perform a broad range of office services, including contact with callers and visitors.


  • High school diploma and one-year post-graduate employment.

  • Proficient writing and speaking skills

  • Excellent inter-personal relationship skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and experience with related software.

TCF is interested in candidates who are self-starters, flexible, creative, and well organized. Professional presence, relationship building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people are essential. TCF has a culture of teamwork, creativity, and dedication. Every staff member believes it is an honor and a privilege to serve the donors, scholars, grantees, volunteers, and people of Tipton County. Candidates should have values, interests, and a work style that are compatible with this philosophy.

  4. You didn't ask for a résumé. Should I send one?

    It is not required. If there is information you want us to have that is not covered in our official application form or your answers to our screening questions, you are welcome to send your résumé as well.

  5. I've never lived in Tipton County. Is that a requirement?
  6. You can't be hired if you don't apply. If you think you can make a case for us to hire you, send in your materials.

  7. When can I expect to hear from you?

All applicants will be considered as their materials are received, and may be offered an interview. When a candidate has accepted the position, other applicants will be notified. You may inquire about your status by email at any time.
